Applications for concerts must be made direct to the secretary. It should be borne in mind that the choir's concert programme is extensive so applications should be made allowing as much time as possible.

When an application is received and the Choir Committee agree that it should be followed up, the secretary will make arrangements to visit the applicant to discuss details of the proposed concert and the charity beneficiary in depth. At this stage applicants should have some idea of a concert venue.

Publicity is important in achieving concert success and the Choir's own publicity officer will assist the organiser in this activity including the provision of tickets, posters and programmes.

The selection of music is chosen by the Music Sub-Committee (led by our Musical Director) and approved by the main Committee.
